A cross between “snot” and “muzzle”, snuzzle is used exclusively to define the dried crud on the inside of your car windows after the dog has gone for a ride. Snuzzle must be removed immediately or else no chemical synthesized by science so far is known to be able to fully removed it once cured:
“I can vacuum the car, ma’am, but if you want me to jackhammer that snuzzle off your windows it’s gonna cost you an extra five bucks.”
